Who is going to win it at 275 in class b this year? it is so wide open! Who do you see pulling off any major upsets?

Well i think that there are only a few quality wrestlers at 275!! 1 McCleary 2 Doeling 3 Hassler 4 Crocker 5 Timm 6 Greenwood!!!! That is going to contend for the title cause by the looks of it bitz is going 215 unless he is to chicken to wrestle Keith McCleary! But i think it will be a toss up! this weekend will be a good preview of what is too come because minot ryan will wrestle napoleon as well as carrington, and hilsboro so we will just have to wait for saturday night results!!!!

I am not definding Bitz by any means but chicken is a little to far. You have McCleary as the #1 HWT and Bitz beat him last year. So would it be chicken if he could win it agian.
Also Karter Kleeman took third at 215 last year and he is my number 1 HWT if he got big enough to handle the weight.

I agree with Headbuttnhwt that those are the main contenders... but that is 6 wrestlers who can all contend for a title! that's almost unheard of, its always one or two guys! I also can't wait til the saturday results come out. I think whoever comes out of regionals between doeling, greenwood, and crocker is going to have a heck of a chance at the title, Greenwood could have beat mccleary last year at state. it will be a great weight to watch all year!

well the carrington dual tourney is over and the heavyweight match is becoming clear Crocker beats Hassler, doeling, McCLeary, but then Hassler beats Doeling and McCleary , and McCLeary beats Doeling so that pretty much somes up heavyweight for the Carrington Dual tourney !! It was a real good tourney all around and i have to give creadit to Crocker he wrestled some real tuff matches and came out on top of everyone of them so congrats to Crocker and it is going to be an exciting state tourney at Heavyweight!!!

normally i dont comment on class b but this one i had to. My pick for class b heavyweight is definitely Karter Kleeman from Killdeer.

Who has karter kleeman beat so far? why do you think he is a lock for a championship? and where is jeremy bitz wrestling at? i know that Nick Crocker made his name be heard w/his performance in carrington with his three huge wins, but he had already lost to doeling, it is still early in the season, it can happen again.

i saw the match between crocker and doeling and it was nothing too special. crocker won the match with about a minute left when doeling got called for stalling. crockers other 2 matches were both one point matches too. the match between mccleary and hassler was an interesting one though, it seemed hassler was a little cheap though with some headbutts because mccleary's face was all cut up at the end of the match and hassler had on some kind of headband on before all of his matches. it is kind of weird because in an earlier match when hassler wrestled doeling, doeling got his head cut open too.... kinda weird? i think so. also i think doeling is a way better hwt than hassler, he just got thrown in a headlock early in the match and got stuck. should be an interesting year though, thats why they make it 3 months. in the words of a great coach i know "its not where you start, its where you finish" and "your actions will catch up with you"

Cleetus?? Let me ask you a question do you know Jordan Hassler?? Like honestly do you really know him because it seems to me that you just have something against him i dont why you would but i guess people have their own opinion!! Ok now to the matter at hand the so called headband Hassler was wearing was for an abasion that was cause while wrestling crocker on the friday of the carrington dual! He was told to wear tape around the abasion so that it would not bleed during his matches! Also i believe he even cleared it with a tournament official before ever stepping on the mat with the headband! Doeling had already had a previous cut on his forehead which was torn open by his own headgear!i also believe that to date hassler has never been beatin by doeling so i dont know why you think that doeling is a better HWT than hassler once again i guess just an opinion! ANd about the McCleary match well there was no use of the tape on his head as a weapon some may have thought that but it was to protect him from further abasions! so i hope that clears up the mess about the headband it was mearly pre wrap taped over and nothing more!! i also think that we should focus on the wrestling part of it rather than the extra sidebit that people so love to dwell on !!

I have competed against hassler in FB and Wrestling and i am not sure that unsportsmanlike is the word for him, before, and after the competitions he was very nice. however during the contests he was not liked by hardly anyone in the crowd or on the field, he is a very thingy
y/confident individual and this can be taken the wrong way. i don't think that he would stoop to cheating by wearing a headband that may give him an advantage.

I agree with headbuttinhwt his headband was was to keep him from stoping all the matches do to blood time and I dont think he would stoop to cheating the fact that they both got cut what (in my guess) both the the two looking for the best head position and jpordan trying to cheat I have seen jordan wrestle and yes he dose fight for head postion quite often because it is so importance to wrestling

i was at the mccleary, hassler match, how can you explain mccleary having three cuts around his eye, i can, hassler was headbutting him

the 1st cut was from hassler's headgear while hassler was trying to get head position and the second and third were from when mccleary headbutted hassler in the last few seconds of the match so that is what those cuts were from!!!

Obviously the Carrington Duals was a great tourny for this weight class! are there any more tournaments coming up that might play a pivotal roll in possible state seedings or give us rematches of these good matches? or even duals? Does napolian dual bishop ryan? or carrington dual hettinger? nick timm is a decent hwt from there.
