Does anyone think that there should be a dual between the class A state champs and the class B state champs? I think it would clear up the whole argument about which class is better.

Either you are new to this site or you've been looking at it with your eyes closed! haha... there are many posts about this topic... lots of mixed feelings. but how about this for a different twist... i'm sure all the same arguments will be given, but how about having a dual between ND/SD class "A" champs and Class "B" champs... that might make it a little more exciting... or have both ND and SD have their Class "A" champs and "B" champs dual and have the winners make up a dual team to take on the other state's best dual team.

The dual idea sounds very interesting between the 2 states. The problem always lies in keeping the wrestlers interested to keep training after the season. Another twist would be during the Christmas break, set up the dual and use the #1 rated kids at the that time as your starting lineups. The past coach of the year winners would be in charge of getting his team together and ready to go. At least this way the kids are still in shape, close to weight, and dont have to wonder about the end of the season!!!

I would love to see either A vs B or a SD vs ND top ranked wrestler dual. All of this sounds good, but...
I know ND and SD have rules against in-season all star competitions. So that idea can be put to rest.
If something like this is in great demand you need a leader, someone that can organize, hold such an event and somehow get the wrestlers to train for it.
Again, I would love to see it but is it possible.... I really don't know.
