i have been hearin all this talk about the parkston wrestling team and i was wondering if they are for real or if they just have some really easy teams to wrestle against. and i was wondering if they would have a shot in state at all.

I am not a Parkston fan but they are for real, some of the teams they have beat in duals or tournaments are as follows. Bon Homme, Winner, Mitchell, Rapid City Stevens, Sturgis. They won the Sioux Falls, Mitchell, and the little B tournaments. I am not saying they are a lock to win the state tournament but they are may pick.

sdafan do you think they have a chance with the talented elk point team. i mean elk point as of right now is rated no 1 and i know that ratings dont mean alot in wrestling but i think that it would be one of the best duals in the state B's. in my opinion i think it would be the best match seen in maybe this year and last year

nothing against elk point but I believe Parkston would win that dual. Personaly I think Wagner and Bon Homme would beat Elk Point.

ya i could maybe see wagner pullin of the win there but the only reason why they beat parkston in a duall was because parkston had a rough night. if i am right i dont think parkston has lost a match since then. they pounded on wanger at the sesd tournament. wat do you people think would they be better at the induvidual or the dual. and how would that work with two different champs then.

the only reason wagner beat parkston was because they had a "rough night" ?

dp it was a fluke and it wouldnt happen again and u knew wat i meant. and since your from epj maybe u could tell how the dual between p-town and epj would be.

ptown and epj dual would kind of be messed up just like when wagner,BH,parkston, or us are together. it comes down to which team is ON that night, and who wins the coin toss. I think we'd have to win ALL of our key matches to win the dual, where you guys would be able to have a few guys lose and still win the dual. i dunno it'll be a good one

you are right there it would be the closest match for both teams this year i think.

i think parkston has a better chance to win the individual because just because in the dual they match up with everyone else's horses and then they mus twin the key matches and the tossup matches and not give up bonus points. in the individual ohter teams can knock off some good kids and parkston will benefit form that as well as other teams like bh and epj

I think Parkston is going to have a tough time beating harding county...They seem pretty solid all the way through!
