I still say Aundrey Patsilov, 112# from FN. He was #7 seed in his second year wrestling, and he has an amazing ability to learn new moves along with great enthusiasm for the sport and a strong work ethic. Besides that, watch for all of the underclassmen who are looking for third, fourth, and fifth state titles, such as Levi Haugen and Keith Sebelius.

I am not saying he is the best up and coming talent but he had a heck of a year and state tournament. I had mentioned him before on another post sophomore Kevin Martian out of Mandan at 215. Wow, what a job this kid did! He was never ranked the whole year, got seeded 6th took Nicholson (2nd Place State) to overtime, then beat Miller who was seeded 4th, and did a great job against Hoag before getting pinned in the last twenty seconds. He finished fourth at state in only his second year ever wrestling and will be the top returning placer next year at his weight and he still will have two years left. Great Job Kevin!

I agree. I was also quite impressed by Kevin.

There are a bunch of wrestlers looking for multiple state titles next year. Here are some of the wrestlers I could think of: The total represents the number they already have: BHS - Glasser - 2 BHS - Lang - 3 WF - Sebilius - 2 GFRR - Bastings - 3 Minot Ryan - Haugen - 3

All Respondents:
I think that any young man who is returning and who placed in this years State Tournament will only get better for next year. I have also looked at the very close matches in the wrestle-backs and find some who did not win these contests to be interesting also. I hope that they all return and were not discouraged - Good starts for many of them.
