Does anyone know if Irmen is staying at 140 and if he is, will Veen go to 145? I saw that Irmen wrestled 140 at Napolean and Veen went 145 just wondering if thats where they are staying.

I'm pretty sure that when the decision needs to made, Mark will do his best to do what is right for the team. In this case, and this is just my opinion, it would be better for the team if Joe went 145 and Neil at 140. I know that Irmen could win at either weight, and I think that Veen would make weight easier and ultimately wrestle better at 140. It's a tough decision, and of course, if it doesn't pan out, Paz will eat some crow for it, but I think the move that way will benefit both wrestlers.

I'd be kinda surprised to See Irmen at 145 at state. 140 is way easier, and I thought i seen Irmen had a close one with Jace Carter, like 6-4 or something like that. If indeed that was the score, It could be a good one for irmen in the finals at 145. I don't know of anyone that would give him a match at 140.

Neil is a junior now, and yeah, I agree that when he is at a stable weight he is a very good wrestler. I know that Joe is an extremely competitive individual, meaning that even if he had a tougher match at East-West with Carter, it would not stop him from making the bump if he knew for a fact that it would be good for the team.
