Region II's 215 lb class should be nip and tuck next weekend. Bennet placed higher than copenhaver at Larimore last weekend but i don't know whether or not they actually wrestled eachother. Houdek lost to Copenhaver and has lost to Bennet a few times but they have been good, close matches. also the Kid from Larimore beat copenhaver at Larimore but due to the fact that they did not crossbracket the tourny they wrestled again and copenhaver got the best of him. should be fun to watch good luck to everyone!

It has been great to watch Aaron Silbernagel - BHS back in action after his injury. Both Aaron and Hoag - CHS battled on Friday night with Silbernagel coming out on top. This has been a great rivalry between 2 great competitors. And on top of it, nice kids. Should be great rematch at Regionals & State.

Just wanna say congrats to my brother Justin Houdek for winning the region II, 215 lb weight class this weekend. Having to beat the #1 Vance Bennett and #2 Lee Copenhaver in the region to do it to. He's not the best in the state but showed yesterday why he's the best 215 lber in region II. Best of luck at state brotha. ;D

In class B after the top 3 its wide open and for teams like Minot Ryan and Carrington they need to score points at this weight so look for Meyer and Copenhavor to be wrestling there butts off.

I'm going to go out on a limb:
Class B---------------Class A Kleeman-------1st---Hoag McCleary------2nd---Silbernagel Bitz-------------3rd---Nicholson ??---------------4th---Miller ??---------------5th---Martian ??---------------6th----Keogh
-Hoag vs Silbernagel- I think it is hard to wrestle someone four times and win each time, however I do think that Nicholson has a very good chance at beating Hoag in the semis and has the potential of being one of the most entertaining matches. In the event of that happening I'd say Silbernagel over Nicholson. Miller is good but I don't see him beating the top three. Martian I think has matured enough not to make the mistakes he did previously against Keogh at the Rotary and will take fifth.
